Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 July 2026

This policy explains how LOQUIACAD, a French sole proprietorship (auto-entrepreneur) operated by Kiel Ruiz-Morgan and based in Paris, France, processes personal data collected through this website and during consultancy engagements. It is written in line with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data Controller

The data controller is Kiel Ruiz-Morgan, operating under the trade name LOQUIACAD, registered as an auto-entrepreneur in France (INPI Guichet Unique) and paying social contributions to URSSAF.

Contact: loquiacad@gmail.com — Paris, France.

2. Data We Collect

We only collect data that you actively provide when you contact us, book a consultation or engage our services: full name, email address, phone number where applicable, and any details you choose to share about your situation, project or goals.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive data (health, political opinions, religious beliefs). Please avoid sharing such information unless it is strictly necessary for the guidance you are requesting.

3. Why We Use Your Data

Your data is used to respond to your enquiries, prepare and deliver our consultancy services (language coaching, relocation guidance and wellbeing coaching), issue invoices, comply with French accounting and tax obligations, and occasionally send you information directly related to your file.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of (i) your consent when you contact us or book a call, (ii) the performance of the consultancy service you request, and (iii) our legal obligations as a French auto-entrepreneur (accounting, tax and social security).

5. Third-Party Tools

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate the business: an email provider (Google / Gmail) for correspondence, a scheduling tool for booking calls, and standard payment processors when applicable. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy and appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

6. Data Retention

Prospect enquiries are kept for up to three years from the last contact. Client files and invoices are kept for the durations required by French law (up to ten years for accounting records).

7. Your Rights

In accordance with the GDPR and French law, you may access, correct, delete or port your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Send a request to loquiacad@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

8. Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies required for it to function. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is fully immune to risk, so please contact us immediately if you suspect any misuse.

10. Updates

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The date at the top of the page always indicates the current version.
